Made up of four separate theme parks, two water parks, numerous hotels, and a shopping, dining & entertainment district.
The Magic Kingdom is for the young and the young at heart. When you think of Walt Disney World, the first vision that comes to mind is Cinderella’s Castle at the Magic Kingdom. You’ll experience six enchanted lands filled with magic. Including all the classic rides and top attractions.
Epcot is a favorite of mine any time of the year. The old travel agent in me just loves the World Showcase. I really enjoy the different worlds and unique street performers. But let’s not forget Mission Space and Soarin’. Who would?
Hollywood Studios the “Hollywood That Never Was” has rides, shows, and top attractions based on movies and television favorites. Check out the latest, Toy Story Land. Looking for a cutting edge thrill experience? Ride the Rock ‘N Roller coaster. My favorite in Hollywood Studios still has to be the Tower of Terror. What about you?
The Animal Kingdom is the largest animal theme park in the world. Besides the more than 1700 animals at the Animal Kingdom, there are shows, rides, and more. My favorite has to be Pandora – the World of Avatar.
Water parks include Blizzard Beach and Typhoon Lagoon. These are a must-do if you have enough vacation days. Especially if it’s hot outside. You will need a break from all the walking. Time for sliding!
Disney Springs is the happening place to be. Especially for us adults. There’s plenty of shopping, dining, and entertainment to keep you busy all evening long.
